After months of testing, we are finally happy with this little producer. From the lakes in Kamloops to the Lower Mainland, this little fly tempted everything from Bass and Crappie in the Fraser Valley, Brook trout in the Kane Valley, Rainbows on the Bonaparte Plateau, to big Cuttys in the Harrison area. It has become one of our regular go to flies no matter what the system or species.
The Yellow Micro Buzzer is a basically a wooly bugger but paired way down onto a size 10 nymph hook.
It sports a yellow dubbing body with a few dark colours splashed in for mottling, a black bead head, and finished off with a small grey grizzly hackle.
Each order comes with 5 flies tied by Craig Williams. 4 with a black bead and one with a orange bead. Sometimes you need to turn to that hot head when the fish are being picky.
